27. Does anyone know of a voice-changer software?

Voice changing software packages don’t work like you see in the movies. They utilize speed and pitch to change the voice. Adobe Audition and other audio editing software allows you to use these functions to change your voice. If you decide you are not happy with the voice changing software, give Talkia a try instead.
