Depending on the situation, the answer is yes and other situations the answer is no.

Doodly is essentially creating the video so a 25 second video is a 25 second video regardless of what FPS you select. 60FPS should just make the video smoother.

If you are combining videos now this is where you may see issues running one video at 60FPS and another at 30FPS.
