Sharing of Your Personal Information.

You understand and agree that B2B will not be held responsible for any third-party communications sent by entities that B2B does not own or control. Personal Information Transfer and Storage.

Your Personal Information is stored and processed on computers and servers in the United States. This list may expand and include other countries not listed here. Personal Information Security.

B2B uses organizational and technical security measures designed to protect the security of your Personal Information. Payment-related information is stored and processed only by third-party providers in a PCI-compliant manner and not maintained on B2B’s servers. Though we undertake commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, no website, software, or online service is completely safe. Accordingly, you provide such information at your own risk.

EU Users’ Rights Under the GDPR.

You must delete your B2B account since its existence requires use of some Personal Information.

Additionally, you can adjust your web browser settings to limit or turn off Cookies or other tracking techniques, or you can cease use of the Services. You may contact B2B with any requests regarding your Personal Information.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Push Notifications.

The Services are not intended for or directed to users under the age of 18, and B2B does not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 or other minors. Where appropriate, B2B takes reasonable measures to determine that users are adults of legal age and to inform minors not to submit such information to the Services or in response to advertisements. If we discover we have collected personal information from a minor under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
